A photo of cystocentesis

Urinalysis is one of the most useful diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine. It’s easy to perform the routine tests, and is also cost effective. Not only does it play a key role in diagnosing various urinary tract diseases, but it also helps identify systemic conditions such as diabetes, Cushing’s disease, and ketoacidosis. The accuracy of diagnostic results depends on proper sample preparation, which the following article will outline.
